Since Nightbot isn't perfect I got an extension that'll make the chat a lot more readable if you don't want to just read members only chat.

Here is a handy extension to get rid of all the spammers.
download it, and filter all the spammers by clicking the x button on their icon, you should report their account for spam, but that's up to you
