I don't do anything with time stop for the same reason why you can't freely use time stop during danmaku; it's just far too powerful an ability to work with and effectively removes any challenge. The best I can think of is to eat up King Crimson charges as a get-out-of-jail card, but that seems like a really big expense.
And I'm never going to put in any toggles, because anyone who's bothered by minor humiliation should know better than to get involved with a bunch of dumb fairies. The chance of failure is a key part of fairy shenanigans, since those dumbasses screw up more often than they succeed.

It's not needlessly cruel if it's canon. Akyuu seething about fairies is one of her distinguishing character traits going back as early as PMiSS. And she's plenty cruel to fairies herself.
