That's fine, nothing appeals to everyone at once, what you're describing just speaks to how there's variety among holos and how they're able to make you enjoy something you otherwise wouldn't. There's someone else out there who also doesn't like DQ but still enjoys Subaru and Miko's playthroughs while not enjoying Noel's and Pekora's and that's a good thing, if they were all the same it'd be boring.
