Agreed.

People are just being nostalgic and wanted to bask in the glory when AKB was enjoying extreme popularity.

There really isn't much of a difference, especially bingo wise. And there are actually more variety shows to enjoy now. Nostalgia hits everybody. Everything in the past always seems better. I don't blame them.
