You can do 3 endings in a single playthrough if you play smartly. First make a save at Cloche/Luca (it's horribly obvious, image related) then just don't proceed to get anyone above level 5 in the cosmosphere until the final dungeon You'll know it when you see it. At this point you can continue for Cococa, dive into Jakuri, not sure why I spoilered this considering the OP image..for her ending or just go with Cloche. This then allows you to go back to your save then blitz through the game with a fully dived Cloche or Luca and thus allows you to finish off the last person you didn't dive into and the different epilogue. Also Croix is actually quite smart, he just tends to keep quiet though but he's definately a breath of fresh air after playing with Lyner's stupidity for 30ish hours.
