There was hardly any backlash once they confirmed Ooshio compare to the samiwho debacle. Just look at all the crying and even begging for kuso ichiso to adopt samiwho.

I just went around to check but it seems that they are a lot of people thinking that some tweet post and blog post are not official announcement and treat them as noise.

Here I will post some gem for everyone to laugh at.

I can make a blog post and say "Hey, guess what ? Shiratsuyu herself will have a Kai ni, I heard this from someone from Kancolle's staff who said it during Kanmatsuri". Unless the Devs says on their twitter : It's Kawakaze and not Samidare, I won't believe that it will be Kawakaze for sure. We just have to wait a little. It will come in time.
