I can't remember the specifics but I did go back a few years ago to play for a while with a friend of mine on some new characters and they had some new system in place where basically the game hands you the most broken shit, especially weapons. It melted BAMs. It completely defeated the fucking purpose of BAMs that were actually a threat and would kill you if you didn't dodge or block.
