Look at your character, not the boss or bullets. Dodge only what is coming at you (don't make unnecessary movements), learn how to graze/super-graze, DON'T USE HOMING CHARACTERS, hold shift for focused movement, practice, don't play on easy (even if normal is too hard, DON'T FUCKING DO IT), only bomb when you are about to get hit or right when you are hit (unless you are doing a score run), and most important of all, have fun.
