Of course. It's only natural given the source material. Just imagine a unique paizuri experience for each girl. Whether it be classic, clothed, horizontal, oiled, underboob, sideboob, etc. You could even mix things up by making groups for double paizuri, triple paizuri, or more.

You want actual statistics? There are approximately 60 characters in Umineko currently. Of that, only 2 (Maria and Dlanor) I would actually classify as full on "lolis". That's about 3%. Even if you choose to count Bern and Lambda as lolis, that's still only 6-7%.

I wouldn't really consider him a lolicon. A vast majority of his female characters are grown women with full figures after all. I think he just covers a lot of bases with his character designs.
