No, I didn't make it from scratch. There's tons of MMD models available and I cherry-picked parts from 4 to create 1, but then I did redo the thighs/hips entirely and re-textured a few parts.

I do have some artistic background so the texturing part was already familiar to me.

Next I'm going to try making a body from scratch and some new lewd clothes for Ran~
