No, I did one almost complete run initally, using up all my continues and dying to You Grow Bigger.
I then practiced stage 4 because I found that one had the worst difficulty spike. At the same time I practiced all the spell cards I did unlock until I cleared them at least once or twice.
It wasn't meant to be a serious run, if I had known or even imagined I was going to get that close I would have practiced the stage beforehand.
