At the moment I'd probably say I-ONE, mainly for the fact that most of their recent monthly releases have all had blu-ray versions.

TakeShobo do some nice releases, but they seem to have a habit doing blu-ray versions for only half their monthly releases.
And on top of that the one's that don't have a blu-ray, are usually the one's I'm most excited about. Pic related: Dat oiled-up gold bikini!
