I have nothing against the npc girls, at most they were just uninterested in her. If you think about it, they studied their asses off to get there because they think the school is great, and this group in particular admired Rika for being such a good student, so it makes sense they'd have a bit of a bad first impression of the girl sleeping in class and not taking it seriously (why are you even at this school if you don't care?)
This is all easily fixable by hanging out with them for a little bit and making casual aquintances, but Satoko actually doesn't care and acts cocky instead.
She hasn't been bullied yet or anything but she's really setting herself up to it when it could be very easily avoided with just some social awareness.
Could have the same school life as Rika if only she paid attention to class or knew how to talk to people, but alas, she does neither.
