That Anon doesn't know what he's talking about. KC's primary concern is that the focus is on stories of love, even if things get a bit violent.
MGs won't maliciously hurt you, and the magic prevents accidents that ruin the mood. But if it's something that instead sets the mood (like all those stories where Anon gets injured and a monstergirl nurses him back to health) then it's fine.
The point is that MGs aren't violent killers, but rather sensual lovers first and foremost.

I mean, Ogre's entire profile is about them kicking your ass to establish dominance. That's hard to do if MGs can't be even a little rough on you.
