Yeah, there's been no MGs mentioned that are like full-on footsoldiers of Ares. Eros has 4 species that are totally devoted to her (she even created the apsaras herself), but all that's been mentioned for Ares so far is that the god has some worshippers amongst the lizards and amazonesses.
