Joining is easy, followers and temples of Eros are pretty widespread and welcoming to newcomers. Even if the Order thinks they're weirdos since they'll accept monsters just as well.
Most practitioners end up finding their one and only at the regular services held, or by inviting "just a friend" to come with them. Monster or otherwise, really. It helps when there's a cupid in the back scoping out the audience for ideal matches.
