Let's say you and your monster wife went to a mindflayer to spice things up and what happens is that both of you are(mentally) sent back to your teenage years. The twist is that only one of you knows that it's a fantasy and remembers everything about your actual life while the other is in a dreamlike state and believes that they are indeed young. The effect is temporary of course and will wear off in a few hours.

It doesn't have to be highschool setting either, you could be young adventurers or childhood friends from the same town, etc. How would you prefer the situation to play out? With your monster wife taking advantage of (you) as a naive boy going through puberty or would it be the opposite with (you) romancing a young version of your wife
