Lots of the girls do frequent zatsudan and the occasional kikaku. My personal recommendations would be Mia and Ichika but you'll probably have to sample everyone to find your favorites. If you want someone reliably entertaining with universal appeal just try a random Rene zatsu. Her last one had some funny stories about her family.

Ichika's utawakas are about 70% talking and Mia's ASMR is mostly ridiculous skits so I wouldn't want to skip them.
