Th11, Yukari assistance with the orbs
Th15, Yukari is the only one not upset afterwards because she gets that Lunar orb
Th15.5, Yukari solves the whole incident
Th16, Yukari provides the info to use doyou against Okina
Forbidden Scrollery was ended / resolved with a Yukari plot

She's the most story-involved character next to Reimu if you actually pay attention.

Do power levels even matter when Yukari can easily get anyone to do her bidding? Her plotting is far more effective than boundaries, every Lunarian is essentially working for her in Bougetsushou despite trying to go against her. Eirin even helped build the rocket, and the Watats pulled all the guards away from the palace.
