I get what you're saying, the only reason I advocate for such roles is because I want to see them in person more, and at least in my mind, a stage role is easier to come by than a genuine studio seiyuu role.
Yuzumoon has had stage roles before, along with my wife, but anything beyond that seems to be coming along slowly.
However, I could be more impatient than the average fan.
