Your Bep sucks. Use double attack (preferably with Ka-Mi but T89 also works). Upgrade your equipment. Switch one fBB for CA if they have problems with accuracy. Consider using 3 DDs for FCF. If you have problems with Wo, add Maya to main fleet instead of Junyou or BB.

Your plane setups are absolutely disgusting. It's clear you never put serious thought as to how they work. Use something like pic related for now but make sure to read the wiki carefully. With good plane setup you will sink or taiha at least one BB Hime in air strike.
Use one LBAS for BB Hime (four bombers) and one on boss (fighter with land bombers).
