The idea is that she likes it, right?

The way I see it, Hatate acts like she doesn't like it but either consciously or subconsciously gets herself into situations where she ends up getting spanked.

The main interest would then lie in the various characters' motivations/techniques for spanking her e.g. Aya disciplining her as her sempai, Momiji somehow being coaxed/tricked into doing it etc.

Anyway, I'm sure you guys already have some great ideas. I look forward to hearing about them.
