That sick feeling of disgust that you get in your stomach after killing a spider comes from knowing that you took another living creature's life. This is the only trip sitter that you need.

I ordered some acid off silk road a couple months back and I was starting to have a bad trip. I was coming up and I was feeling really paranoid and nervous and I could see that this was just going to get worse if I didn't calm myself down.

Fortunately I had downloaded the full series of Bob Ross episodes a couple weeks earlier and I sat down, turned that on, and it worked really well. I was calm, completely turned what would have been a bad trip into one of the most peaceful experiences I've had. I always start a trip with Bob now. You can't be anxious when you're hearing that friendly voice, it just calms you down.

If your heart is filled with unconditional love and compassion then it is impossible to be bullied. People can say mean things to you, but all you will want to do is help them because there's an upset person underneath all of that anger.

Some of the sturdiest materials are surprisingly soft and the same is true with the heart. If you try to act tough and mean then your heart will be sharp and brittle (like glass) and it will easily shatter when you are bullied, but if you feel love and compassion for everyone then your heart is soft and durable (like rubber) and it will be resistant to all types of bullying in the same way that a glass cup shatters if it's dropped on the floor, but the rubber cup will be fine.

You must always respond to hatred with love.

1. Pirate painting program or buy oil paints/canvas.
2. Download all of the Bob Ross episodes.
3. Turn off internet.
4. Spend the next week following along and painting happy little trees with Bob.
