Hypothetically, how would a Sacchin route work?

All of her stuff is on the Far Side routes, but she kind of serves Nrvnqsr's role there, as the minor villain that kicks off the story and leads into SHIKI/Roa. Plus I assume that the route would revolve around Shiki trying to cure/save her, and I don't see how he could do that without Arc's help.
