If MGE-monstergirls invade our world and take over territories, especially if they take over the lesser and weak nations like those in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. The primary anti-monster league would be NATO, precisely because it is powered by the more "enlightened" nations of today, who (selectively) take international law seriously. Stuffy generals and human rights lawyers gather in Washington, Hague and Geneva, monster girls are condemned for unrestricted biowarfare. Ultimately Monster abilities are added next to Chemical, Biological and Nuclear warfare as a fourth kind of atrocious technology.

So yeah, I'd believe and agree that if the MGE-Monstergirls gain territories and a foothold on our current day Earth. They'd have the Middle East, Africa and the poor impoverished Southeast Asia under their rule and control. While the Developed, 1st World Western Powers that is America, Europe and Russia will hold out against the Mamono.
