I wish we got some more insight into how Satoko feels about Shion. We know Shion's side of things obviously, but beyond saying "nee-nee" occasionally or them messing around in the classroom, we don't really know much about Satoko's thoughts. Like I wonder if they ever really talked about Satoshi beyond Shion mentioning keeping her promise every once in a while.

Seems a little fucked up for Irie to keep Satoshi a secret for so long, he told Shion after he was backed into a corner because the two of them talked about Satoshi's wellbeing pretty often.
I can understand keeping it a secret from Satoko for a while, but I guess it depends how long he'd wait.

Well Mion and Rena know too, I guess, from how Shion said "I have a reason to be at the clinic now."
