For those wondering what Mori was talking about when she mentioned special ASMR mics, and how you can't do ASMR without them - she was talking about this one in particular, Neumann KU 100. Shaped like a dummy head with microphones in both ears, it costs a whopping $8400 and was designed for recording binaural sound, something impossible with any normal microphone. Noel actually owns one of these. If you were wondering why Ame's ASMR didn't work and sounded just silly - this is the reason.

There are no secret tricks to ASMR, you just need very deep pockets for proper equipment. So maybe Mori or Kiara can get in contact with Noel and ask her to let them borrow hers if they'll ever get a sudden urge to do ASMR.
