Use the smaller knives to cut up rope (it's a medieval longhouse with numerous career tasks they must have a bunch of rope lying around) into smaller pieces. Get the porcers drunk and then tie them up while they sleep. Use the stringed hams as onaholes until they get mindbroken into obedience. If not all of them get drunk at once then only do a few at at time in secret to use as future sleeper cells to make mindbreaking other orcs easier. Find horc and use other orcs to capture her. Repeat mindbreak process then use her as a number two lieutenant to keep order. That's how you take down an orc hold from the inside.
