So I fooled around with Excel for a while, and got most of the foundation down; everything's set once the ASW values of each ship for each level are filled in. Right now only base, level 99 and level 155 are filled in.

The problem is the macro. I can get the macro to copy F5 to B2 (then reformat), then copy C8:C11 to F1:F4 (values only, so no need to reformat). But I can't seem to get the macro to continue for G5 and G1:G4, H5 and H1:H4 etc. I could copy the whole thing manually but it'll be too tedious, especially if they get another buff to base ASW again because of power creep or something, or if some values are simply wrong and I need to recalculate.
