k-pop refugee here, got into it in like 2008 or 2009 with SNSD and then APink. new groups are fucking satanic westernized shit and I want to get into j-pop idol groups. can you guys recommend me any? I'm primarily looking for groups that don't have 45 rotating members but rather a core group of 3-10 girls that I will actually remember. Anything that sounds like early GFriend (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2NHTVc-atw)) would be great.
Out of the j-idol groups I know, I really like RAY so far. I listened to some AKB48 and HKB48 albums and I liked them enough, but the problem I have is that the groups are just too large with a million sub units and a hundred girls. I'm used to groups having on average 6 members that I can properly remember (might be retarded, don't know). Help a poor migrant out?
