I greatly enjoy Overlord for the same reason I enjoy the reactions and facials expresions of One Piece. I don't expect any suspense from the PC encountering anychallenges in the story, but from the reactions of people to him and his own reactions.

Also, one of my weaknesses is WorldBuilding, which Maruyama does extensively. That and Skeletons/Necromancers in fantasy.
