In-game, the rocket never seems to be used. She attacks with those red things tied together that seem to be considered a balloon or by throwing that white ball with a fuse (Kanshaku dama, which seems to be considered a type of firecracker).

I guess the rocket was an asset made for a special skill but they ended up not giving special skills to R units. Either way, yeah, she seems more festival themed than anything and most obvious traps, basin or tree trunks are missing and also haven't been given to any of her alts..
