Yes, but that was deliberate. When Amuse saw what a sensation baby Miki was, they declared a new policy: "more tiny and cute members!"

Yume was added solely for her baby-like appeal. She is really a 23 year old former gravure model. You can see it in her eyes. She's been around the block a few times.
