>You might've had some ground with if we only had the orginal translation of the character Bios but now that it's been translated as that for two different Bios of the character then we cannot accept that way. Also why would something about Satokos character be doing in a Bio for Sakiko specifically?

They're the exact same text. The bio blurb was taken from the full profile.

>Also why would something about Satokos character be doing in a Bio for Sakiko specifically?
The first line is about Sakiko being Satoko's daughter. The 2nd line is the one about how after marriage "her" surname changed from Hojo to Kimiyoshi, without it being clear who that's referencing. It makes perfect sense to read that as Sakiko since it's Sakiko's own bio, but it also can really just be a badly written sentence referencing Satoko.

>This whole reboot has been twisting the orginal themes and messages on its head with Keitarou worshipping his father and always trying to befriend everyone and perfering to trust his friends instead of doubting them, but unlike with Keiichi all this has led to was him getting burned alive by Polaris and hacked apart by the villagers, punishing him for attempting to replicate the old ideas and themes of the orginal story.
In both arcs, Keitaro acts very superficially though. For all his friendship talk, he outright fights with his friends in Oniokoshi and breaks his promise with them showing little regard for it in Hoshiwatashi.

This story would be much better if the main protagonist wasn't such a thoroughly unsympathetic cunt.
I could always understand Keiichi's point of view in the original, even when he was doing retarded things, but Keitarou's apparent inability to understand that people aren't eager to go to his little friendship fuckfest when someone died and and someone else is presumed dead less than a week ago is just incomprehensible. Especially since it's one of his friends' dad who disappeared.
His actions aren't actually believable, even in the context of the story, and it makes the whole thing fall apart from the onset.
