Am I crazy or 99% of the titles start with a cutesy love making scene, then the next scene is actually the one in the cover, then the last scene 2 more guys show up and the girl is dressed in lingerie/fishnet or some other costume that has nothing to do with the context of the previous scenes and that last scene is also more "hardcore"?

I think I'm going insane
