If you live in her room you can set your alarm at the same time she get up, that way you get to sleep together.
Alternatively, if she live outside your area or in a different room than you on the same map, you can exhaust her.
Depending on your relationship, you will be asked if you wish to let her rest in your room or take her back at the entrance of the map where she leave.
>TLDR: If you want to sleep with your wife beat her up before going to bed, bonus point if you select embrace then sleep for body pillow lines.
