It's specifically the necklace in pic related. You can also hear it being mentioned in the video and in the birthday live with Debi, where Rion says it's shaped like a butterfly. From what I understand, it's a necklace with a stone that's used to discharge magical power from magic users.

I think she'll do something with it later. The video says (and if I remember right Rion also said) that it only hurts in the beginning, so lorewise her behavior is still consistent.
