Well keeping track of all the damage a range pet can do with burst is useless if you have a bow/gun that also invokes stuff. Log was only able to keep track of 1/3 of all her attacks. I'm just going to assume my archer pet does enough damage to keep up with the rest of us. She does fine in killing void and awakened dungeon monsters without my help.

Lore dealing with the gods can be found in game with paying attention to what the gods say if you have it reveals religion stuff on you. Talking with the people in act 3 of the game as well as certain cutscenes talk about them as well. Game is slowly shedding more light on them but a couple of stuff talked about here have been gained from people documenting design notes from the creator as well as speculation from piecing together info from in game and other sources.
