Hikasa Youko played one of the MC's older sisters in Working!!. The second season had a new voice director and Hikasa had struggles pinpointing the voice of her character (mature, low-tension type hikikomori), which lead to people at the scene saying she sounds like a baba (in addition to Nakamura making the joke/reference of her being a "oshaberi kusobaba").
When Tsuruoka, the voice director of first season, returned for the third season (which was done several years later) and heard Hikasa's acting, he said "So this is the legendary baba..."
