Toranoana sells new stuff only, so they have larger stocks.
Suruga-ya, like Mandarake, specializes in second-hand items, so their stock is generally limited to 1 piece each. Sometimes they may have more than one (that's why there's no stock counter), but don't expect so many of them. There's no way to tell how long it can take before selling out, so if it's a hard to find item and is on sale for a good price, your best bet would be to order it ASAP.
