I foresee a brilliant move that would 100% save Meguri - Satoko just fucking dies after STUDY jail because there's realistically no hope of succeeding for her and we're left with Rika POV after the fact. So far we've seen no aftermath reaction from Rika after Satoko's suicide wild ride. Whatever Rika comes up with after Satoko bites it should save the series.
