Slam Dunk is only good in manga form. It's anime was shit, doubly so because the anime company tried to bully the author into changing the story.

Kuroko's anime on the other hand has top-notch production value. The whole thing's really dumb, and the author has admitted to not really knowing anything about basketball. But if you don't take it seriously it can be fun to watch.
