Joking aside, I'm not really into the spilled guts or whatever, inflation is mostly a pressure thing and a going up to the brink thing. Definitely best when it's self-inflicted, like the girl is torn between self-preservation and just feeling that ultimate fullness, or when she's way past the point of hunger and is stuffing herself to dangerous points out of pure gluttony. Is that what guro fans like? If so...it may be my destiny.

My one true love is still massive weight gain though, although that also comes with ways to push the edge of mortality...
