Given what Remi said in E9, I think the "paradise" they're talking about is probably Gensokyo. She mentions how they were supposed to move there sooner and that things would have been different, giving some vague allusions that I can't recall off the top of my head. But the reason they didn't make it "on time" is because the original Remi disappeared, and at some later time mini Remi showed up from a different world - evidenced by her different world code. She's also aware that this isn't how things are supposed to be, the "distorted fate" she talks about being her mini form and Sakuya being the vampire hunter.
