I hope everyone who participated gained something out of this contest. Writing for this thread is hard. Sometimes it's difficult to know what will and won't set off the thread. But as long as you write in good faith, and come ready to explain your choices, you'll find the thread amicable enough. Pleasing people is hard, pleasing everyone is impossible. Read the books, understand the setting, ask yourself it what you wrote was appropriate before posting, and you'll do just fine. The entire purpose of this exercise was to encourage new writers, and I hope that you'll stick around to refine your craft. Here's hoping I'll see you on anubis.moe again some day!
