I'm very familiar with fujoshi, and I bet more than you. That sentence is 100% serious and isn't talking about fujoshi (He at tone point actually parodies Yuri fans, though), he's a general statement about women and homosexual couples by straight characters which straight up doesn't make much sense (Like also pic related).
