Here comes /fit/.

Let's get this shit straight.

The average /jp/ otaku DOES NOT NEED complete protein sources. They are not interested in building, or even maintaining LBM. There is absolutely no reason to structure your diet around having complete protein sources when you're living on a BUDGET.

With that being said, beans are a great source of carbs and calories. They're cheap, filling, and high in fiber.

Dried skim milk is a good source of cheap protein. It has just as much vitamins and proteins as fresh skim milk.

Eggs, depending on where you live, are extremely cheap.

Eat your goddamn vegetables. Like the other anon said, the cheapness of frozen vegetables is a good reason to include them in your diet, not to mention that fact that they contain essential nutrients like vitamins.

If you're on a budget, don't buy shit like multivitamins or fish oil. The money you spend to buy MV is better spent on food that keeps you full.

You faggots are all forgetting that OP is living on a BUDGET. He's not asking for /fit/ advice.

I left that shithole of a board a long ass time ago because you idiots can't understand the fact that:

- free weight exercises are generally shit for bodybuilding
- curls are essential to building a well-rounded physique
- half rep pullups are okay if you're targeting your lats
- you can seriously do whatever the hell you want if you're 1) strong and 2) on steroids
