It's a shame that even a finished work like Umineko (one that ended nearly 10 years ago, by now - holy fuck) leaves more room for discussion than Phase 01 of Ciconia. Nearly everything is so clear cut that it hardly leaves any room to discuss anything. I honestly don't see this work having more than 4 parts. especially considering this isn't a mystery, and thus there's no need for the Core/Answer arcs setup.
