Cue the "Frozen" memes, Ice Queen is up on Monster Girls Redux.

We get some nice lore in this profile too about what the snowy region is and how it is governed. Ice queens have some kind of icy psychic sense where they can observe anything happening within their realm.

So yeah, they tend to be voyeurs, though ignorant of why they like to watch so much.
