Every Komachi I've played has had heavy reliance on j.2A crossups, even Xoa, because it's just a very good move. It's probably because I don't want to cause a bout of predictability on my part, or because I like to crossup extremely low to the ground, but I very rarely use the move. Komachi is pretty versatile when it comes to offense, so I've never seen two Komachis that play the same way, even taking j.2A spam into account.

And no, I do not think of Reisen or Komachi as low tier. Komachi is limited in what she can do to someone who plays very defensively, but the match will go nowhere if you don't take risks against her in the first place.
